The data we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your company name and the name of the person in charge.
- Your mobile number.
- Your commercial registration and VAT number, where required.
- The fuel type and quantity.
- The delivery location on the map, or its description.
We do not collect any payment card details through the website.
Why we collect it
- To prepare your quote and contact you about it.
- To deliver fuel to the location you choose.
- To verify your mobile number with a code sent by text message, preventing fake requests.
- To issue the required documents, such as the quote and the invoice.
Cookies and advertising tags
The website uses cookies it needs to work, such as keeping your place in the request form and protecting it from forged submissions. These do not need your consent.
We may use advertising-platform tags (Google, Snapchat, TikTok and Meta) to measure our ads and learn which ad brought you to us. These tags load only after you agree in the banner at the bottom of the page, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with the button below.
We keep the source of your visit in your browser, such as the name of the ad campaign you clicked, for up to ninety days, so we know which campaign led to your request.
With your consent, we may send the advertising platform an encrypted fingerprint of your mobile number, from which the number cannot be recovered, to match your request to the ad you saw. We never send the number itself.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Our text-message provider, to send the verification code and request notifications.
- The delivery representative assigned to your request.
- Advertising platforms, as described above and only with your consent.
- Government authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep request data for as long as we deal with you, and for as long as the law requires us to keep commercial and tax records, and then we destroy it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Access your data and receive a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct or complete it.
- Ask us to destroy it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent to advertising tags at any time.
